Well... I finally got some yellow and purple croci blooming. Spring is getting closer! The temperature is getting warmer each day. Soon the dirt will be dry enough to start digging in it. I can't wait to get the garden started. Nothing tastes better than fresh veggies!I've kept myself busy the past few weeks working on an Iroquois costume for the Cub Scout Arrow of Light Ceremony. I used a tan suede fabric and blue braided trim. It came out great! I'll post photos after the event. It is also complete with a full headdress made from turkey feathers. That has been a challenge! It's not exactly how I would like it. Maybe I'll try another one before next year. We'll see!
I've even put up the Easter decorations. This tree has grown so much. The past two years I was able to put eggs all the way up to the top without too much trouble. Now it looks like I only decorated the bottom half! See all of my daffodils coming up beneath it?
