Emerson will be 6 months old this week. Where has the time gone? Knock on wood, we have had a really healthy 2 months - no illnesses to speak of, his alarms are getting less frequent and less severe, and he is growing like a little weed. He is about 12 pounds now and fits pretty well into the 0-3 month sized clothes. He's getting quite smiley when he wants to be. He's got quite the personality on him. It will be interesting to see what it is like as he continues to grow.
As for Jim and me, we are starting to feel like we are digging out from under the mess of the past half a year. (He's further along in that process than I am!) I really want to get back to the point where I feel like I am on top of things again, and can even spend some of my time and energy on things that I enjoy. In time... it will happen.
