Hedgehogs!

I just had to post a photo of my newest knitting project. I saw these hedgehogs in a magazine and just knew I had to make some. It is a Fiber Trends pattern and they work up really nicely. I used very inexpensive yarns and I think they look as great as the ones on the pattern. The base yarn for felting is Classic Wool by Patons and the eyelash is Lion Brand Fun Fur (on sale this week at Michaels for $2.50!) I can make one in about 3 hours (not including time for felting and drying.) The guy on the left shows what it looks like before sending it through the washing machine, and the one on the right is the finished little guy. Aren't they adorable!!!

Great job!
You probably should be thinking about the best way to market them. :)
If I think of any little giftshops I will pass it on to you.

Everyone over here raved about the sweet, little, fuzzy creature.

Look forward to talking to you again someday soon.
Warmly--(in all sense of the word)

Christine -- Love the hedgehogs! You did a great job! I haven't figured out the felting yet. We're in the middle of sports with the kids, and there are just not enough hours in the day!
